Payment TSMEDE Settlement Instalment with Notice

 

For the Payment of TSMEDE Fund settlement instalments with Notice, you must fill out the number on the Settlement Instalment Payment Notice you wish to pay off.

No amount must be filled in. Consequently, the amount payable will be the amount cited in the TSMEDE Fund Notice.

Customer accounts can be debited to cover third party liabilities. Consequently, the orders are issued by customers who are beneficiaries of the deposit accounts to be debited.

Instalment payments should be performed until each instalment’s due date. In the last day of the deadline, payments are only performed during Bank’s business hours.

The Bank is not liable for non-payment of the customer's obligation to TSMEDE, as for example in the following indicative cases:

  • If on the payment date, there is insufficient available balance in the declared account, the account is inactive or cannot be debited.
  • If the provided information in the payment order is wrong.
  • If the payment is overdue. In that case, insured individuals should contact TSMEDE.

Payment orders towards TSMEDE, in the latest-case scenario, will be carried out on the next business day.

In all events, your account, in the precondition there is sufficient available balance, will be debited by the amount written on the Notice.

In case the payment order is returned to the Bank due to a rejection by the Organization:

  • Your account is automatically credited with the amount it was debited. In case your account has been closed or cannot be credited for any reason, you have the option to collect the aforementioned amount from any branch of the Bank.
